Technology and CRM Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology and CRM Integration Specialist to lead and execute the integration of CRM and related sales technology systems as part of merger activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in CRM system Salesforce, experience with data migration and integration projects, and strong project management abilities. This role will be critical in unifying customer data, optimizing sales workflows, and ensuring seamless system interoperability between the two organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. CRM and Systems Integration
    1. Design and implement CRM integration strategies to unify customer data, including lead, account, and sales pipeline information
    2. Coordinate with IT and sales operations teams to establish integration requirements and ensure technical compatibility across systems.
    3.  Develop and execute data migration plans, ensuring data accuracy, security, and continuity throughout the integration process.
  2. Data Management and Quality Assurance
    1. Conduct data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment processes to ensure accurate and complete customer records.
    2. Define and maintain data quality standards, working closely with data governance teams to monitor data integrity across both organizations.
    3.  Implement automated data validation and error handling processes, minimizing disruptions during the integration.
  3. Sales Operations Support
    1. Analyze and optimize sales workflows within the CRM, ensuring alignment with integrated processes and improving operational efficiency.
    2. Support sales teams by configuring CRM settings, dashboards, and reports to reflect the merged organization’s sales structure and goals.
    3. Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve user experience, streamline processes, and enable sales teams to operate effectively within the integrated system.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    1. Collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure all integration needs and technical requirements are met.
    2. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable integration tasks.
    3. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed, ensuring timely and effective delivery of integration-related tasks.
  5. Training and Documentation
    1. Develop training materials and documentation for end-users, explaining new CRM features, changes to workflows, and best practices.
    2. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition for all sales team members.
    3. Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related sales technologies; previous experience with CRM integration and data migration projects is highly preferred.
- Experience in cybersecurity and managed security services domain implementing CRM systems


Technical Skills:
  - Proficiency in CRM platform Salesforce, with the ability to customize, configure, and integrate various CRM tools.
- Knowledge of integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms SAP, NetSuite

  - Strong understanding of database management, data migration best practices, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  - Familiarity with APIs and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
  - Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools for analyzing and reporting on data.

- Project Management: Experience managing projects, particularly those involving cross-functional stakeholders and complex data migrations.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a focus on troubleshooting, resolving issues, and improving processes.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data handling and documentation.
