About the Role

We are looking for a true Enterprise Sales Hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating demand, and closing net-new enterprise logos. This role is focused on new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, and closing complex, high-value deals typically in the $250K+ range.

You will leverage your existing enterprise relationships, industry credibility, and consultative selling skills to drive digital transformation conversations with stakeholders.

This is not an Account farming role. It is for Sales professionals who are competitive, persistent, and resilient, with a proven track record of creating opportunities from scratch and converting them into long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact, hunter, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in complex sales environments and wants to help build the next standout digital consulting firm. 

This is not a fully remote position. To be considered for this position, candidates must live within a commutable distance of our Brentwood, TN location.

Key Responsibilities: 

New Logo Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients
Enterprise Deal Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, Build and manage a strong pipeline of $250K+ opportunities and Lead complex deal negotiations and contract closures
Consultative Selling :Understand client pain points and align our AI, Data and Digital Transformation solutions to address strategic needs.
Pipeline Generation: Prospect relentlessly through your network, events, referrals, and cold outreach to build a robust funnel of qualified opportunities
Forecasting & Reporting : Maintain disciplined use of CRM, providing accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility.

Required: 

  • 3-5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record and demonstrated success with enterprise-scale deals.
  • Strong hunter mindset with consistent outbound success
  • Experience selling AI, digital transformation, SaaS, data, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Executive presence and relationship-driven selling skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience as the first or early sales hire at a B2B consulting/services firm.
  • Relationships with PE operating partners or portfolio leadership
  • Experience selling IT services and Must provide metrics and client examples from past 2 years with specific deal sizes, verticals and named accounts.
