Our sales team members work hand-in-hand with large organisations around the world to keep their digital environments protected. We educate, inspire, and empower our potential clients in their journey to security.

We are looking for a true Enterprise Sales Hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating demand, and closing net-new enterprise logos. This role is focused on new business acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, and closing complex, high-value deals typically in the $250K+ range.

You will leverage your existing enterprise relationships, industry credibility, and consultative selling skills to drive digital transformation conversations with stakeholders.

Location: Brentwood/ Nashville, TN  (Hybrid / Remote)
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and opportunities through targeted prospecting of Sales Performance Management functions within organizations
  • Conduct proactive outbound outreach to drive interest in solutions.
  • Engage with CROs, CFOs, Rev Ops Directors, and Sales Ops Leaders through multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, webinars)
  • Meet and exceed sales development KPIs and demand generation targets specific to digital transformation , systems Implementation, Data Migration.
  • Support strategic initiatives and campaigns related to spend optimization, cash flow management, and compliance.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Technical Sales Success: Demonstrated 3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales, or service delivery within an IT or Digital Transformation services organization.
  • particularly in expanding existing business and creating new business with clients.
  • Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Possess strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
  • Engaging, Compelling, and Influential Communication: Ability to listen and communicate in an engaging, compelling, and influential manner.
  • Desire to rapidly learn and work in a collaborative culture.
  • Solution Selling Expertise: Experience in delivering solution-focused sales pitches, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of Digital Transformation to clients.
  • Opportunity Management Skills: Experience in managing and tracking sales opportunities, ensuring timely progression and closure of deals.
  • Familiarity with the North American market dynamics, especially within revenue and sales operations departments or functions.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience working with Small businesses, scaling them and having contributed to the growth journey.
  • Experience as the first or early sales hire at a B2B consulting/services firm.
  • Relationships with PE operating partners or portfolio leadership
  • Experience selling IT services and Must provide metrics and client examples from past 2 years with specific deal sizes, verticals and named accounts.
