Position Overview

We are growing and looking for an Excellent Senior Business Development Specialist to focus on business growth. The person is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding business opportunities within the IT consulting sector. The resource will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
 

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales responsibilities such as proposal writing, calls, leads generation, estimation, staff-aug support, resource assessment, cross-sell, up-sell, service offerings design, presentation preparation, collaterals preparation.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity requirement and revenue goals consistently.

  • Proven experience in IT sales (Digital Transformation / AI / SAAS) or a similar role, preferably in a product-based organization.

  • Independently prospect new business opportunities and determining sales and activity required to meet Annual Business Plan.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients, gather requirements, write proposals, work Independently and effectively.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, key achievements, and challenges, and propose recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, including 5 years of experience selling IT services. 

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.

  • Enthusiasm to grow with the Organization and drive to succeed.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

  • Prior experience working for Private equity portfolio clients is highly preferred.
