We help organizations harness the power of artificial intelligence, automation, and analytics to modernize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive growth. As we expand, we are looking for a Presales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As a key contributor with specific sales pursuit, the pre-sales specialist will drive the adoption of our solutions, bridging the gap between complex client challenges and innovative, value-driven technical solutions. Is good at multi-tasking in various phases of deal to post-deal.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand IT infrastructure, application, and digital transformation needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and AI-enabled digital transformation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, including CIOs, IT managers, and business heads.
Design and present IT and AI-based solutions, including cloud adoption, automation, analytics, and AI integration.
Prepare demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals that clearly showcase technical and business value.
Support RFPs/RFIs, solution architecture documentation, and feasibility analysis.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are implementable and meet client expectations.
Lead presentations, product demos, and solution discussions with potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and assist in closing deals in coordination with leadership.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast while tracking market trends and competitor activity.
Qualification:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT services and AI-enabled digital transformation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, including CIOs, IT managers, and business heads.
- Excellent communication and presentation with documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience supporting large enterprise accounts with complex integrations and distributed operational models.
