JOB OVERVIEW:

In this role, you will handle large global SI programs including customer education, setting expectations, process definition, establishing appropriate thresholds, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery, and project management meeting facilitation, be a strategic partner in influencing decisions for the future. The role involves end-to-end program management of large-scale digital transformation programs.

As a Program Manager for Digital Transformation at Stralynn, you will spearhead large-scale Oracle Platform implementation programs. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the Lead to Cash process, working across global regions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will encompass managing customer education, setting realistic expectations, defining processes, and facilitating smooth go-live activities. You will be the key driver in aligning the Oracle platform deployment with the organization's business goals and ensuring that customers transition seamlessly into their new digital ecosystem.

This position requires someone with a deep understanding of Oracle Platform and program management experience, with a proven track record in large enterprise digital transformations.

  • Program Management of large-scale Oracle ERP implementation projects, focusing on Lead to Cash processes. Ensure end-to-end management, from planning through to deployment and post-deployment support.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including communication, change management, and training plans, risk plan aligned with Oracle platform go-live and future updates.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (SI, product, operations) and external stakeholders to ensure successful integration of new Oracle systems into existing business processes.
  • Facilitate on-site and remote workshops for system design, data mapping, data migration, and user training.
  • Collaborate with SI teams to ensure Oracle platform configurations meet customer-specific needs, including customizations, data feeds, and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure multi-departmental collaboration, working with operations, finance, sales, and marketing teams to integrate Oracle functionalities into business workflows.
  • Manage and drive projects across different time zones and regions, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned.
  • Serve as the key customer liaison, ensuring client needs are prioritized, escalations are managed effectively, and project progress is communicated regularly.
  • Drive customers to meet established go-live dates for the Oracle platform, ensuring any risks or issues are mitigated through timely interventions.
  • Prepare and manage the handover process to account management for ongoing support after Oracle platform implementation.
  • Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of the implementation project.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:         

  • Must have extensive program/ project management experience problem-solving skills, strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with a focus on large corporate and enterprise customers.
  • Proven experience in managing Oracle Platform (Lead to Cash) or similar platform implementations.
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation and the ability to work within cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.
  • Thorough understanding of integration points between Oracle systems and other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies, particularly in the context of ERP implementations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience with resource management and capacity planning to optimize deployment efforts.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices to facilitate seamless coordination between development, testing, and operations.
  • Knowledge of project planning tools and methodologies.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • PMP /Prince2 Certification
  • Scrum Master certification desirable

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:   

  • 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs, particularly in the Oracle ERP environment.
  • Experience working within SaaS or Subscription/Annuity-based models is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder projects, coordinating across functions like finance, sales, operations, and IT.
