Stralynn is looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with cost accounting background to lead implementation of StrataJazz project. The candidate must have knowledge of StrataJazz product or similar products and be technical proficient in the product.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead and manage StrataJazz development and Support projects. 

  • Provides overall technical and functional leadership to the team.
  • Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.

  • Lead quality assurance.

  • Ensure all processes are documented and made accessible to stakeholders so that teams can sustain new processes 
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage co-ordination across working groups engaged in multiple streams of project work. 

  • Responsible for all activities related to Project Management including planning, execution, monitoring control and status reporting  

  • Managing project issues review process and escalating where necessary.

  • Resolving cross functional issues at project level. 

  • Managing program scope and change control and resource planning 

  • Customer Stakeholder Management and providing status reports to the project sponsor 


    REQUIREMENTS 

  • Well familiar with StrataJazz module like Operating Budgeting and Management Reporting, Forecasting and Financial Planning, Cost Accounting, Episode Analytics, Productivity reporting, and Continuous reporting 
    Must have managed at least one StrataJazz end-to-end development project in the past. 

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management 

  • Proficiency in project management software tools 

  • Expertise in maintaining high quality across the project by identifying, monitoring and enforcing adherence to quality metrics for all the stakeholders. 

  • Pro-active, service-oriented attitude aimed at avoiding, resolving and minimizing user issues 

  • Accurate with a structured approach to data, processes and systems 

  • Ability to conceptualize and think abstractly, and work and manage in a technically complex environment. 

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities 

  • Demonstrated ability to learn; both complex technical concepts and end to end business processes
  • Excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in presentation and interpersonal skills 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:  

  • Project Management including Resource Management and Client Engagement. 

  • Expertise with MS Project, Visio, and MS Office, Confluence and JIRA Tools 

  • Solid functional knowledge across StrataJazz product modules.

  • Familiar with writing and executing system and user acceptance testing 

  • Familiar with user adoption, change management and User training methods 

  • Knowledge of agile/scrum project practices 

CERTIFICATIONS:  

  • PMP Certified. 

EXPERIENCE NEEDED: 

  • 10+ years of total IT experience in which 6+ years of PM experience. 

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience on StrataJazz or Syntellis development in the past.
