Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves promoting innovative solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving clinical outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Identify and engage prospective clients including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and insurance organizations
- Present and demonstrate AI-driven healthcare solutions, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and IT leaders
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
- Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and AI advancements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (providers, payers, EHR systems, compliance standards such as HIPAA)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business value
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, EHR systems, or medical documentation processes
- Background in health-tech, AI, or digital health solutions
- Experience working with long enterprise sales cycles
